The Brief

Tavora recently partnered with Baboo Gelato, a prominent ice-cream venue chain in the south of England. Baboo wanted to answer the question, "how do we collect customer data to get them to come back more often, without slowing down service time?". The team lacked the tool to help them do this.


Baboo needed a solution.


The Solution

This is where Tavora stepped in. Our goal was to provide a game that would allow Baboo Gelato to capture quality data and reward customers in under 30 seconds. That game was YourSpin, a spin the wheel mechanic designed to deliver key marketing messages while collecting data & distributing prizes to customers in real-time.
